Helpful Holidays required a web site that presented up to date real-time information about their properties. The main challenge for this project was to implement an architecture that allowed certain data to be synchronised between the frontend web site and their backend internal booking system. Using a web services based approach, we have implemented a system whereby changes are automatically synchronised. This is especially important for online bookings where the latest availability information is critical. |
