This intranet system allows David and Charles editorial and production staff to manage their day to day tasks in an easily accessible way.

Each staff member has their own login account with access to specified areas of the system.

The staff have control over the following areas:

• Authors
• Books, including editions, co-editions, reprints
• Book status reporting
• Publication schedule
• Print run information
• Costing information

There is an overall administration facility to manage the staff access and dynamic core areas of the system, such as the selectable drop down boxes.
